Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours may be offered a credit toward a future visit. No-shows are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if plans change.

Yes — both the Coquitlam and Delta locations have free on-site parking. No need to worry about finding street parking or paying meters.

Yes, all participants must sign a liability waiver before taking part in any experience. You can sign online before your visit to save time on arrival. Waivers for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended for most experiences. For rage rooms, splatter rooms and slime parties, protective suits are provided — but we recommend bringing a change of clothes just in case. Leave jewellery at home for VR and physical activities.

For birthday parties and special events, you're welcome to bring a cake and non-alcoholic beverages. We ask that food stays in designated areas. Contact us for specific catering arrangements at corporate and private events.
