ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Can be made 24 hrs a day up until one hour prior to the start time of the Escape Room.

MAXIMUM PLAYERS PER ROOM – 6
MINIMUM AGE – All ages welcome! Children 6 and under are FREE.
MAXIMUM AGE – If you can move, you can Escape!
PLAYERS
Our Escape Rooms are an all ages activity!
Children 12 years & under must be accompanied by an adult (19yrs +) in the room.
Participants 18 and under are classed as a minor in BC, and must have a parent or guardian (19 or over) sign off on their waiver prior to participating.
PRICING
$35.00 per player plus 5% GST.
Children 6 years and under are FREE!
PAYMENT
Full payment is taken at the time of reservation – Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Visa/Mastercard Debit and American Express.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL
Team members reserves the right to refuse entry to any participants suspected to be under the influence of any drugs and/or alcohol. A refund will not be provided under these circumstances.
RESPECT
If at any point in the game does our team suspect a participant is being unruly and/or offensive to any object in the room – participants will be asked to leave without refund. If something gets broken, a staff member will review the video footage and if someone was acting inappropriately or aggressively, they may be held accountable and liable for any costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged items.
CELL PHONES & CAMERAS
All cell phones and cameras must be locked up in provided lockers prior to participating in any Escape Room.
REFUNDS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All bookings are subject to our 24hr cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, reschedule or change the number of participants in your booking more than 24 hours prior to your reserved day and time, your payment will be refunded or transferred accordingly.
If a booking is cancelled, rescheduled or there is a change in the number of participants within 24 hours of the scheduled day and time, payment will not be refunded and if there is a remaining balance due on a cancelled reservation, the credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
If a group no-shows at the booking time, we will process payment at the end time of your booking with the credit card that is saved on file. We will make every attempt to get in touch with the group.
GROUPS OF 20+
A 5-day cancellation policy unless stated otherwise. 50% deposit taken at the time of reservation, 50% due 5 days prior to booking.
WAIVERS
All participants must sign a legal release of liability waiver prior to participating in any Escape Room at CipherX Entertainment. Participants under the age of 19 must have a waiver completed by their legal parent or guardian. Waivers can be completed at the CipherX Entertainment office prior to the game, or online at www.CipherX.ca – Click on ‘Sign Our Waiver’ at the bottom of the page.
