The party ordered to conduct an experiment at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power plant in order to verify whether the reactor can operate at increased capacities without problems.

You (Scientists) will go through puzzles and gradually increase the power in the reactor. After passing some puzzles, it will not just rise, but begin to grow without stopping. This will mean that the experiment went wrong and you have to save not only the NPP but also your lives. The reactor must not be allowed to explode!

In this Chernobyl escape room, players find themselves at the site of the Chernobyl catastrophe. Solving the puzzles, they need to find out what happened and prevent the disaster.

The Chernobyl escape room at CipherX Coquitlam is rated Expert difficulty — our most challenging room. From the moment you step inside, you are transported to a Soviet-era nuclear control room complete with authentic dials, gauges, warning lights and heavy industrial set design. Every detail has been crafted to make you feel like you are actually standing inside Reactor No. 4.

Your team of 2 to 6 players has exactly 60 minutes to work through a series of interconnected puzzles that simulate the events leading up to the 1986 disaster. As you solve each stage, the reactor power increases — and so does the tension. Solve them all before the meltdown, or the mission fails.
